Terms

These are the terms you agree to when you use Founder Quarry. They are meant to be read, so they are short. If something here is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.

What Founder Quarry is

Founder Quarry helps you find and act on cofounder opportunities. It shows you openings, tells you why each one might fit, and helps you reach out. It does not introduce you to anyone, vouch for anyone, or take part in what you agree with them.

Your account

You sign in with your email address, and anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you. Keep it secure. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

What you add stays yours

Everything you write about yourself, and anything you upload, remains yours. You give us permission to hold it and use it to do what you asked for — matching you to opportunities and helping you approach them. Nothing more. We will not sell it, and we will not show it to another person without you choosing that.

You can remove what you have added. When you do, we remove it.

What we show you is a starting point

Opportunities come from public company filings and public directories, and details in them can be out of date or wrong. A fit score is an opinion, not a fact. Nothing here is legal, financial or career advice. Check anything that matters before you act on it, and decide for yourself who to contact.

What you agree not to do

Availability

We will keep Founder Quarry running and useful, but we cannot promise it is available at every moment, and features will change. If we make a change that takes something away from you, we will tell you.

Ending it

You can stop using Founder Quarry whenever you like and ask us to remove your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will tell you before the change applies, not after.
